Hubby is home.

My husband was admitted to the hospital last monday. It has been a long week. After lots of testing, antibiotics and steroids, his chron's seems to be somewhat under control . It is so amazing that one day things are ok and your world is turned upside down the next. My husband is a great man, and I thought I was loosing him. He fought hard and was finally able to come home saturday. Our life had changed so much in 6 days. I am now working again, we are closer, and we have a greater appreciation for our life together. I know we were destined to be great, I feel like were on the right path now. It feels amazing.

My favorite memory of my AWESOME mom would have to be of when I found out I was expecting our second child and i was trying to hint to her what her mothers day gift was ( It was that we were pregnant) it took her a while to figure out what i was talking about but when she did her face was priceless. It amazes me how much you learn from you mom as a child and how you continue to learn as an adult. My mom is so brave and strong, I hope I can be half the mom she is.

I won a motivational challenge!!!

When I got serious about being healthy and loosing weight my brother was sending me motivational posters. The one below still sticks out in my head. It made me realise that every step i take is one closer to me goal.
 My Coach Missa posted a challenge on her facebook page to put up your favorite poster, and have friends like my picture. My picture won the most votes!! The prize was a Turbo Fire Started Pack!! I have been itching to try turbo fire since I only have the greatest hits DVD which is just a tease. Now I have the brand new starter pack!!
 My coach has helped me become a better me! I can not wait to try the started pack!!!

A short getaway..

Today we are in tucson for a dear family friends' sons birthday!! Beautiful day, great food, awesome friends and cake!!! The party was at a park with a splash pad and the kids had a great time . We don't get to visit these friends as often a we would like but cherish every moment with truly great people !!

A little dissappointed

I had all of my pictures in order and was all ready to uplad and finish the months challenges when... my computer crashed. I am currently using my hubbys. I hope to have them up soon but am not sure when.

With the school year coming to an end i have thinking of things to do for the summer and a few gifts to give my sons teacher. Next week is teacher appreciation week and we want to have something for her each day !!
